SFUSD: Middle Grades E/LA Culturally Responsive Literature and Non-Fiction Texts - Suggestion Form

Greetings, SFUSD Teachers, Administrators, Staff, Students, Parents and Community Members!

Please use this form to submit your suggestions for texts that the Middle Grades Culturally Responsive Literature and Nonfiction Review and Recommendation Committee should consider when it convenes in January 2021.

What we are looking for:

•  Texts for use in E/LA classes, grades 6-8
•  Fiction and nonfiction
• Culturally responsive texts that validate students’ experiences and values, disrupt  power dynamics that privilege dominant groups, and empower students

Please submit a separate form for each title you would like to suggest for consideration.
