Our Scholarships

Robert Louie

Robert Louie was an active member in the Chinese community. Among his community services were the countless hours he spent volunteering at Chinese for Affirmative Action (CAA). Robert had aspirations of becoming a teacher but, sadly, passed away at a young age. When setting up this scholarship fund in memory of their son, Sinclair and May Louie requested that those who receive this scholarship choose teaching as their career goal. It was their hope that their son’s aspirations would be realized in the dreams of other young Chinese
